Contract

An enquiry does not create a booking. A contract is formed only after a written proposal states scope, price, availability and conditions, you accept it, and the required payment or confirmation is received.

Services and changes

Routes, timings, guides, tickets and vehicles remain subject to written confirmation. We may make reasonable changes for safety, weather, closures, congestion, accessibility or events beyond our control and will communicate material changes.

Traveller and supplier responsibilities

Provide accurate information, review the proposal, disclose relevant accessibility needs and follow local laws and reasonable safety instructions. Independent suppliers may have additional disclosed conditions. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Payments, cancellation and law

The accepted proposal, Payment Information and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Japanese law applies. We first seek a good-faith written resolution; competent Japanese courts apply without removing mandatory consumer protections.
