How to cancel

Cancel in writing through the official email or booking WhatsApp thread. The effective time is when OrientaX receives the request; we provide written confirmation and an itemised outcome.

Where no specific term was stated

We refund amounts paid minus documented work already performed and direct, reasonable, non-recoverable third-party costs, within mandatory Japanese consumer-law limits. Disproportionate penalties are not applied.

Changes and refunds

We try to reschedule where feasible. If OrientaX cancels and no acceptable alternative is possible, we refund unperformed own services and pursue recoverable supplier refunds. Processing time may depend on banks or platforms.
